What does a Territory Manager do at rapid! paycard?
As a rapid! Territory Manager, you will be in an individual hunting role with the opportunity to build and develop client relationships within an established market to promote rapid! products, including payroll cards, disbursements, Earned Wage Access, and other related products. We will support you by providing guidance from experienced sales professionals, offering training, and a team-based selling environment. As your client base grows, your earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and earned commission.
As a Territory Manager, you can look forward to:
- Functioning independently with a high degree of sales proficiency to reach and exceed sales objectives using tools including SalesForce, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
- Conducting sales efforts of the rapid! product set in compliance with the generally applicable policies, procedures, and requirements of the rapid! line of business including legal, financial, purchasing, and human resource policies and practices.
- Traveling within your assigned territory meeting with prospects, clients, networking contacts, attending various tradeshows, and to other meetings or events as requested by management.
- Executing on a strategic plan of reaching new prospects through telephone, networking, tradeshows, industry associations, and in-person selling.
- Building and managing new relationships through lead generation, cold calling, internet research, and canvassing US Companies that employ 100 or more employees.
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the payments industry
- Remaining knowledgeable of rapid! products and services as well as the competitive landscape
- Maintaining regular schedule of contact with your prospects within SalesForce.com.
- Maintaining a productive working relationship with all departments within the rapid! team.
- Providing feedback to the enrollment and relationship management team on customer requirements and business opportunities directly and within SalesForce.com.
- Developing and enhancing business relationships with existing customers to maximize account penetration, customer satisfaction, and customer referrals.

Required:
- Minimum 3 years of successful strategic sales or client service experience.
- Ability to travel 75% in territory and attend occasional trade shows.
- Computer proficiency including the Microsoft product suite
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor’s Degree

- B2B sales experience
- Payments, FinTech, payroll software sales, staffing, or banking experience
